The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia wishes to inform that Malaysian Citizens holding Permanent Resident status who are working in Singapore are now eligible to apply for Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) Scheme.
The PCA application process for this category shall begin on 11 January 2021.
