As of April 1, 2019, public documents issued in Ukraine, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Kyrgyz Republic which are to be submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs must be legalised or certified with Apostille in a competent foreign authority.
