Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan are pleased to announce that the Government of Malaysia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore have agreed to implement the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) and Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA).
