HKSAR - Travel resumption plan mulled

After a hard-fought battle of more than two months, Hong Kong has basically contained the third wave of the COVID-19 epidemic which started in early July. 

Yet, some sporadic cases with unknown sources of infection show that there is still a risk of virus transmission within the community.
