Starting 30 March 2019, 12.00 a.m. (CET), the United Kingdom will no longer be a member of the European Union (in the following: EU). This means that the legal provisions that are to be applied to the member states of the EU will not apply to the United Kingdom after this time unless a ratified withdrawal agreement provides for another date.
